My Order Packing Setup: How I Pack and Ship My Art
Packing up orders is one of my favorite parts of the process—it’s where I get to add those final spooky cute touches before my art heads to its new home! Whether I’m shipping drippy skull stickers, prints, or custom cards, I try to make every package feel like a mini gift.
If you’ve ever wondered how I pack and ship my art—or if you’re an artist looking to level up your shipping setup—here’s a peek behind the scenes at what I use (and love!).
🖤 1. Shipping Scale
A reliable shipping scale is a must to avoid surprise postage costs. I use a compact digital scale that fits on my desk and handles everything from sticker envelopes to larger print mailers.

🕸 2. Mailers
For most orders, I use rigid carboard box mailers for trading cards, sturdy photo mailers for prints, and sturdy kraft envelopes for sticker packs. I also often cushion the packages with bubble wrap.

💀 3. Label Printer
I save so much time (and avoid smudges) by using a thermal label printer. No ink, no hassle—just clean, pro-looking labels.

✂ 4. Tape Dispenser + Cute Extras
I keep a heavy tape dispenser on hand for sealing larger packages, plus spooky washi tape. I also make my own little thank-you notes I tuck into each order.

🛍 5. The Final Touch: Personalization
I love adding handwritten notes or a little freebie sticker—it makes the experience special for the buyer. Every package is packed with care and creepy-cute charm!
